First of all, no one eats in 20 seconds. And second of all, I sure as hell am not guilty because that junk food was damn good and I really wanted it. So shove off. Third of all, these post are dumb. Stop leading people to believe they will gain weight from one day of junk food and stop making people feel like they should feel guilty for eating it.

Thursday- Zumba!
That was first Zumba class and it was so much funn!! My mom and I are going to start going every Thursday. :D
Yesterday my depression was at one of it’s really low points and I was feeling sad and tired all day. I really just wanted to go home and sleep. But I used some advice I found on here and told myself my gym time was therapy time and treated it that way the whole time. I told myself with each rep I was punching depression in the face and proving to it and myself that I can be okay and I can be motivated. It worked. I killed it at the gym and my mood was better all day long and today my mood was better before and after today’s gym time. :)
