This is NOT a weight loss blog. It is a blog about making your body the best it can be. I am not there yet, but I'm continually working. I made a lot of progress last summer, then when school started I lost all of it. I got really out of shape. :/ But it happens to the best, right? Anyways I'm working my way back toward being in as good of shape as I was. To making my body the best it's ever been and keeping it that way. :) Keep in mind I'm 17 and my knowledge only goes so far, but I will do my best to help out and answer any questions!
